Spicy Spaghetti with Pecans

SPICY SPAGHETTI WITH1-cup Parmesan cheeseInstructions:Brown
PECANSIngredients:16-ounces Pecans, choppedonion, salt, pepper garlic powder, butter and
mushrooms in large skillet. Pour onion
2-tablespoons Buttermixture in large pot and add remaining
ingredients except for pecans, pasta and
6-tablespoons Italian  style  bread  crumbsparmesan cheese; let simmer for 2 hours.
Cook spaghetti according to instructions on
4-cups Tomato  pastepackage; serve spaghetti topped with sauce,
pecans and parmesan cheese.Serves 6Note: You
2-cups Watercan always make this with different nuts.
Also, make this with whole wheat noodles to
2-cups Tomato  saucegive this dish an even healthier edge. If
you don't really like it spicy leave off the
1-medium Onion,  choppedred pepper flakes. Instead of fixing garlic
bread, serve flat bread. Flat bread has less
1-cup Mushrooms,  fresh  slicedcalories than your regular garlic bread.
Sometimes I put in 1/2-cup of black olives
1-cup Black  olives,  slicedand 1/2-cup of pitted green olive slices.You
